Argos has said he has very very little left, as far as sealed collection. He said it on a live stream after he sold everything on ebay. Idk how many people were watching but i watched every single thing argos sold on ebay because i love metazoo as a collector, same as someone who collects paintings. The guy sold off an ISANE amount of sealed product, raw, and graded cards. Not only a lot of product but a ton of insanely rare product. From what he said on live stream he basically has close to nothing compared to what he had, who knows.

Also when I see people selling expensive raw cards, my thought is, the seller saw something on that card that convinced them it wouldnt get a 10. Obviously not always the case but I feel like it happens a lot. So grabbing 9s isnt a bad move. I always wondered if someone went on ebay and bought 100 psa 9s, cracked all 100 slabs, resubmitted, what grades would they get back. I feel like that would be extremely interesting.

NGL, my decks generally only search for basics, so I *ASK* my opponent "if I can find a mountain/whatever in the bottom 5~10 or so, can I just not shuffle to save time?" bc bottom ten doesn't give much info and I'm not going to remember that - I often don't remember all the cards in my deck lol - and whenever I end up not finding the land I'm looking for in the bottom 10, I'll shuffle so it's not gonna stay that way for long. If my opponent says yes, I just split off the bottom few cards (usually I split off about 8 or 9) without flipping the deck over, look at them without reorganizing, and either reveal a card or say "looks like I'm shuffling" as I grab the rest of the deck. I still offer to let them cut it or shuffle it themselves either way, but usually they decline if they said yes to the first proposition. Also, this only really applies to friendly matches, if there's prizes on the line of course I shuffle every time. Shuffle, threefold cut, shuffle again, offer to my opponent to cut. Only exception is if it's literally the bottom card and I haven't looked at any others, in which case I show that to my opponent and say "do I still need to shuffle?" when I flip it back over and split off the bottom card to reveal it again. That's happened in-tournament exactly once.

NS+P should create his own card game, call it a metazoo successor, hire the artist and card designers from metazoo and do his own thing. Feel like that would be easier and people would be more likely to jump on due to his passion for the game. Rather than reviving an IP that has bad blood.

Beautiful collection, I miss my magic cards. Sold them in 2019, collected from 1994-2019, sold them to buy my house. Miss them dearly. I had 27 foiled out modern decks, 8 foiled out commander decks, 5 foiled out pauper decks, 7 legacy decks, and 1 vintage deck, plus tons of cards, like literally a ton; foils, signed, altered, summer magic, masterpiece, og beta/unlimited/power, 4 horse-men, dual lands etc...sure miss em. Loved modern/legacy/commander/pauper/two-headed giant/drafting. I play online but its just not the same as paper.

Nic be crazy to buy this mess and try to sort it out. Wise saying fool and money will part ways. Dont walk...run from this mess.

I'm reading a couple of the comments... do not cut your own decks. That is considered cheating as well.

When my opponents give me their deck to cut, i give it a few more shuffles to avoid this kind of bs.
